The team participated in a community service project yesterday for the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). Teams across campus came together to prepare for a Holiday Party for the local Head Start which will take place this Thursday. Women's Soccer wrapped toys for students ages from 1 to 3 years old.
Ashley McKenna is one of the team's SAAC representatives who helped organize the event and she shared her thoughts about the prep day. "Great success! We had a lot of players willing to come and help. We had fun wrapping the gifts together and formed great assembly lines."
